Our methodology
How we approach every matter
Every matter we take on begins with a period of listening — not with a form to fill out or a standard set of questions to answer. We want to understand the full shape of what the client is facing before we identify which service is relevant and what steps are appropriate.
After the listening period, we provide a clear written note of what has been discussed and what options are available. This note belongs to the client. If the client decides to proceed to a formal service, the note becomes the foundation of the work. If they decide not to proceed, the note remains useful as a reference document they can return to at any point.
Throughout any formal service, every significant decision is referred to the client in advance. We do not take steps without prior agreement. Progress is reported in writing at each meaningful stage so the client always knows where their matter stands.
Listen first
Every matter begins with understanding the client's account in their own words.
Write it down
A written record of options and progress goes to the client at every meaningful step.
Client decides
No step is taken without the client's agreement. Pace is always the client's to set.
Service one
Domestic Relations Consultation
A first, private meeting for clients who want to discuss a domestic situation before deciding whether any formal step is appropriate. The session covers careful listening to the client's account, a plain-language explanation of the relevant legal framework, and a short written note recording the options available. The note is the client's working document to keep and use.
What this service covers
- A private, unhurried conversation with a qualified adviser
- Plain-language explanation of the applicable Thai family law framework
- Written note of the options available — provided to the client on the day
- No pressure to proceed — the note is useful regardless of next step

Protective Order Preparation

What this service covers
- Careful written account of the relevant circumstances
- Identification of available protective measures under the Domestic Violence Victim Protection Act
- Drafting and submission of the appropriate application

Service three
Long-term Family Plan Drafting
A comprehensive service for clients who want a written framework covering household, financial, and child-related arrangements following a significant family change. The plan is designed to be a working document — not a fixed commitment — and is revisited annually so it can be adjusted as the family's situation continues to settle.

- Structured set of conversations to identify the client's priorities
- Drafting of a comprehensive written plan document across household, financial, and child matters
- Plain-language explanation of what each element of the plan means in practice
